Bondi in winter

Small is sweet in Bondi

I like bondi in winter, when there is no one much around and you have those calm still sunny days and there is just a hint of a southerly swell, and it just sucks it all in. I am a 3 ft and under guy at Bondi thats when I think its best, and in winter you can get these beautiful little days when everyone thinks there are no waves, and the south end is wedging up these little green baby peaks so fun on the longboard. You can smile to yourself and think wow I am in a huge city and at its most famous beach with only a few out, cool little secret, makes you smile.
